Agents should provide information about all new cruise group space booked to Great Rates Travel, using the form below.
Please submit this information within 48 hours of booking new group space, and submit updates when revising group rates or amenities.

Your cruise group space will be listed on our GRTS website, under the appropriate "Cruse Specials" page. This will enable all customers to
check rates online any time. -
Fill in the form below completely and be sure to indicate whether your Group is an "Open" promotion that other agents may also sell from, or
"Closed" space you are saving/reserving for an active group you have already sold. (Travel agents should always start by booking more space
than they anticipate needing, and then indicate "Open" promotion.) -
Agent should resubmit this form for any changes to group rates, amenity points, group deadlines, or group space availability/"status".

Booking Agent's name will be shown at the end of each listing...Other travel agents are invited to promote the same space, but must check with
the booking agent before selling space, to confirm availability. -
Emails or messages received from the cruise line about this group space (such as deadline or payment reminders) will be forwarded to the
